section 1 of this Regulation applies to the professional conduct
activity or take action, covered by the permit-
or obligation under 9 or 11-14 Cape. the environmental code.
The environmental protection agency may provide that the requirements of this
Regulation shall apply for certain types of professionally run
activities not covered by the registration or
obtain a permit pursuant to the first subparagraph.
1 a of the provisions in chapter 26. section 19 of the environmental code shall apply
in the case of
1. European Parliament and Council Regulation (EC) No 850/2004
of 29 april 2004 on persistent organic pollutants and
amending Directive 79/117/EEC,
2. European Parliament and Council Regulation (EC) No 842/2006
of 17 May 2006 on certain fluorinated greenhouse gases;
3. European Parliament and Council Regulation (EC) No 1907/2006
of 18 december 2006 concerning the registration, evaluation,
authorisation and restriction of chemicals (Reach),
a European Chemicals Agency, amending Directive
1999/45/EC and repealing Council Regulation (EEC) No 793/93
and Commission Regulation (EC) No 1488/94 as well as Council
Directive 76/769/EEC and Commission directives 91/155/EEC,
93/67/EEC, 93/105/EC and 2000/21/EC,
4. European Parliament and Council Regulation (EC) no 689/2008
of 17 June 2008 concerning the export and import of dangerous
chemicals, and
5. European Parliament and Council Regulation (EC) No 1005/2009
of 16 september 2009 on substances that Deplete the ozone layer.
Regulation (2011:22).
section 2 of this regulation does not imply any restriction on the requirement
concerning the operational control of a supervisory authority can set
in a particular case, or may be prescribed under other
legislation.
Of Chapter 1. section 3 of the environmental code, it follows that this regulation does not

5 § the operator should have procedures in place to continuously
make sure the equipment etc. for operation and control are held in
good condition, to prevent inconvenience to human health
and the environment.

6 § the operator shall continuously and systematically
examine and assess the risks associated with activities from health and
environmental point of view. The results of the surveys and assessments
shall be documented.
Occurs in a disruption or similar
event that can lead to inconvenience for human health
or the environment, the operator shall immediately inform the
supervisor about this.
7 § the operator shall list the chemical products
and biotechnical organisms that are handled in the activities and
that may pose health or environmental risks from the point of view.
The list shall include the following information on the products
or organisms:
1. Product or name of organism,
2. scope and use of the product, or the organism,
3. information about the product or the organism's health and
environmentally damaging, and
4. product or the organism's classification
health or environmental hazards.
7 a of The placing of a chemical product on the market and
has manufactured, under his name packaged, repackaged or altered
the name of the product, or brought it to Sweden, to have
documented procedures to classify and label the product
right, maintaining competence in accordance with the requirements of article 31 of the
Regulation (EC) No 1907/2006 as well as prepare and issue

1. more than 25 different chemical products that contain a substance

labelling of chemical products,

3. at least a chemical product that contains a substance found
appear on the candidate list referred to in article 59 of the

regulations on the enforcement of this regulation.

conducts environmentally hazardous activities according to Chapter 9. the environmental code
to exercise such control as referred to in chapter 26. section 19 of the environmental code.
