section 1 Support may be provided to a municipality for the establishment of a
municipal infrastructure programme for information technology (IT).
section 2 of a municipal IT-infrastrukturprogram shall refer to the
municipal IT infrastructure over the next five years and contain
a description of the
1. the municipal organization for IT-infrastrukturfrågor,
2. the conditions in the whole municipality for and need of IT
infrastructure,
3. the existing and planned deployment of IT infrastructure and
space for such and its availability,
4. the objective of the network design in the long term,
5. the principles of the terms and conditions that shall apply to networks
sprawl, time periods for network expansion and
price structure,
6. how monopolization of the networks is to be avoided and how
network capacity shall be made available on reasonable and non-
discriminatory terms and conditions,
7. How is the co-operation with neighbouring municipalities and the participation in
regional cooperation shall take place,
8. how the national defense requirements should be taken into account.
The description referred to in the first subparagraph 2 shall include municipal
priorities with regard to geographical areas and
time periods for network expansion and what parts of the network that
not expected to be able to come into being on the market basis.
It infrastrukturprogrammet must be approved by the County Administrative Board in
the County in which the municipality is located.

infrastructure program.

Support may be provided for only one occasion during the years 2001-2004.

County in which the municipality is located and include the municipal IT-
infrastructure program.
section 7 of the County Board shall exercise supervision over the aid granted
be used for its intended purpose and in accordance with prescribed
terms and conditions.
section 8 of the provincial government can recover the aid or a part of it
for a period of five years if the municipality through false or
incomplete information has led to the aid
or the municipality otherwise caused to aid with
for high amounts.
§ 9 the County Board shall before courts and other authorities
monitor the State of the beneficiary. The County Board may then
waive the State's law.
section 10 of the County Administrative Board's decision on the aid provided for in this Regulation may
not subject to appeal.
