General provision
§ 1 subject to availability of funds provided contributions of State funds for
measures to prevent damage by wildlife and to replace
damage by wildlife in accordance with the provisions of this regulation.
Contribution to the prevention and compensation for damage
clean

§ 9 Sami Parliament decision on compensation to a Sami village,
based on the results of the investigations according to section 8 of the other
paragraph Regulation (2009:1263) concerning the management of bear,
Wolf, Wolverine, Lynx and Golden Eagles.
The presence of wolves, brown bears, Wolverines, Lynx or Golden Eagle that do not

Appeal
section 14 of the 22 a of the Administrative Procedure Act (1986:223) contains provisions

decisions under this Regulation may be appealed. The county administrative boards
decisions may not be appealed except in the case of decisions referred to in
section 12.
Transitional provisions
2001:724
This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 January 2002.
The provisions of section 29 the hunting Ordinance (1987:905)
still for contribution and remuneration for the period prior to
the entry into force.
