The Government defines the third paragraph under section 23 of the Act

the following amounts for the year 2002.



Vehicles which do not comply with those of the European Community

requirements laid down in Council Directive 88/77/EEC of 3

December 1987 on the approximation of the laws of the Member States

If the measures to be taken against the emission of gaseous pollutants from

diesel engines used in their trailers 2 as amended by

European Parliament and Council Directive 96/1/EC of 22

January 1996 amending Directive 88/77/EEC 3.
