Introductory provision



section 1 of the Swedish civil contingencies Agency will conduct

Separation

1. fails to comply with a warning under section 5,



2. suffering from mental disorder,



3. abuse alcohol or drugs,



4. has been guilty of serious criminality, or



5. otherwise proved unsuitable for continued education.



A decision on expulsion shall always entail that the

students will not be allowed to continue the ongoing
