Introductory provision

Disciplinary action

Separation



section 6 of the Special Committee referred to in section 5 shall segregate a

students from the education, if the student



1. fails to comply with a warning under section 5,



2. suffering from mental disorder,



3. abuse alcohol or drugs,



4. has been guilty of serious criminality, or



5. otherwise proved unsuitable for continued education.



A decision on expulsion shall always entail that the

students will not be allowed to continue the ongoing

the training.



section 7 Of the Special Committee considers that, as a result of something

relationship within the meaning of section 6 of the first paragraph, there is a

significant risk to the students during training may

come to harm oneself, another person or valuable

property, the Board may decide to suspend with immediate effect

concerning students of education pursuant to this Regulation shall not
