section 1 When the Prosecutor has decided in the case of refusal of access

the Parties shall be informed of the decision. Have The Police Authority

made a notification of refusal, the authority shall

informed of the Prosecutor's decision.



The decision on refusal of access order shall be served on the party against whom

the ban referred to apply evidenced by section 4 of the Act (2005:321) if
