Scope of application
paragraph 1 of this regulation, there are provisions on
higher education at undergraduate and graduate level as
organized with special funds and aimed at
the students will complete a Bachelor of Arts with specialization in
instruction in vocational subjects in secondary school or equivalent.

Applicable provisions
4 of the higher education Act (1992:1434) and the higher education Ordinance
(1993:100) shall apply to the courses, if not something
subject to this regulation.
Permissions
5 section For access to training, the 6 and 7 of this
Regulation in place of the provisions on fundamental and
jurisdiction in Chapter 7. 5, 8-11, 25, and 28-31 § §
the higher education Ordinance (1993:100). The same applies to Chapter 7. section 24
the higher education Ordinance in respect of the reference to paragraph 5 of the same
Chapter.
The provisions on derogations from one or more
competence in Chapter 7. section 3 of regulation applies to higher education
even competence laid down in this regulation.

section 6 of the Privileges of education, the program does not have permissions for
employment without a time limit as referred to in Chapter 2. section 4 first
paragraph 1 and 2 of the Education Act (1985:1100), if he or she
1. on the basis of previous college education or
work experience has the potential to make a
Bachelor of teaching in vocational subjects in high school
or equivalent, and
2. is employed as a teacher of a principal of a secondary school
or municipal adult education within the public school system
or equivalent education at an independent school or
a national internatskola under the Education Act.
An applicant who is qualified for employment without
time limit referred to in Chapter 2. 4 paragraph 1 and 2
the Education Act is also empowered, if training leads to he
or she becomes competent to teach in another or
several subjects or specialisations. Regulation (2007:513).
7 § in addition to what follows from section 6 applies to the applicant shall be
gone through higher education to such an extent that
teaching certificate under section 6 of the first paragraph or under
section 6, second paragraph, may be achieved within the framework of the training referred to in
This regulation. With higher education comparable equivalent
knowledge that the applicant has acquired within or outside Sweden.
Selection
section 8 Upon selection, account shall be taken of the candidates ' qualifications.
The following selection criteria shall be used in place of the one that
listed in Chapter 7. paragraph 12, 13-19, 22, 23, 26, 27 and
32 § of the higher education Ordinance (1993:100):
1. other specific tests than such a scholastic aptitude test referred to in 7
Cape. 20 of the higher education Ordinance,
2. previous education, and
3. work experience.
High school may provide for which of the following selection criteria
to be used.
At the otherwise equal qualifications, selection can also be made according to
as set out in Chapter 7. section 12, third paragraph
the higher education Ordinance. Regulation (2007:513).
Admission
§ 9 High school may provide for the time and in
what order those who wish to be admitted to an education
under this Regulation shall report it.
Admission to the training courses shall be done in the meantime, the 1
August 2005-June 30, 2009. Regulation (2007:513).
The programme implementation
section 10 of the courses will be organised at least half-time and may
last until 31 december 2009. The sum of the
the scope of the education of a student may relate to a maximum of 90
He credits.
Training programmes shall be planned taking into account each student's
previous education and work experience.

section 11 of the Regulations in Chapter 7. 33 of the higher education Ordinance
(1993:100) shall not apply for the courses.

Appeal
section 12 To the Board of appeal for higher education, the following decision
of a high school subject to appeal, namely
1. the decision that an applicant does not meet the requirements for competence
admission to the training referred to in this
Regulation,
2. the decision not to make exceptions to the eligibility conditions laid down in
cases referred to in Chapter 7. the second sentence of paragraph 3 of the higher education Ordinance
(1993:100),
3. decisions on accreditation of the course, and
4. refusal of a student's request to get a diploma or
course certificate.
Decision of the Board of appeal for higher education must not
subject to appeal. Regulation (2007:513).
Recognition of studies
section 13 of the Regulation (1993:1153) on the recognition of studies, etc.
at universities and colleges shall apply to
the trainings.
Transitional provisions
2005:568
This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 August 2005. The case of
until 31 december 2008, however, that the provision in section 12 of
first paragraph 4 shall apply accordingly.
2007:513
1. This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 July 2007.
2. for the purpose of the new provision in section 10, a
score is matched by one and a half credits.
