section 1 of this regulation contains provisions relating to the

the Election Act (2005:837). Regulations relating to the

The central election authority



section 2 of the election authority, the central election authority.

Ballot papers



Colors and design

5. elections to the European Parliament: white.



Ballots shall be designed as follows from

the annex to this regulation.



On a ballot with party and parliamentary designation as well as information on

candidates should have an indication that the voter can

personrösta, select the name of the candidate selector

ideally want to be elected, and that the voter is unable to vote on

more than one, or on any other than those appearing on the ballot.

If a party has not notified all their candidates according to the

Chapter 2. section 9 of the Election Act (2005:837), it is on the ballot to be a

Ordering ballots

2. which lists that occurred with the candidates for the parties

3. the candidates who passed the barrier for election on personal

4. the members and alternates appointed. Regulation

Accounting of the election results in some cases

Authorization



section 16 of the election authority shall notify the



1. fees for orders of ballots and envelopes,



2. paper quality and color shades of ballots, as well as the

administrative information to appear on these,



3. the design of the voter's card, envelopes and wrappers,



4. electoral roll forms, records and voter lists,

and



5. the administrative information to be included in the Protocol

maintained by election committees and provincial governments. Regulation

(2008:1279).



Transitional provisions



2014:1397



1. this Regulation shall enter into force on January 1, 2015.



2. Older regulations applicable to a re-election held

due to a regular election to Parliament or

the county or City Council in september 2014 lifted.



Annex design of ballots



A ballot paper shall be designed as follows and may, at

intended areas, provided only with such information as

specified therein.

On the ballot papers, in addition to each candidate's name be

the following information about the candidate:



1. age,



2. profession or title,



3. address,



4. party membership or similar task.



The data may include no more than two lines per candidate.



For the specified fields on a ballot paper, the following margins

be used:



1. election slip front:



a) left and right page margins to 1, 2, 3 and 4 and 6

and 7:10 millimeters,



b) election slip top to 1:4 mm,



c) distance between 1 and 2:2.45 mm



d) distance between 2 and 3:2.45 mm



e) distance between 3 and 4:2.45 mm



f) distance between 4 and 6:3.6 mm



2. election slip back:



a) left and right page margins to 8 & 9:10

millimeters,



b) election slip top to 8:11 millimeters,



c) distance between 8 and 9:7.6 mm.
