Chapter 1. Introductory provisions



Article 1 this regulation lays down rules that connect to

the Act (2006:545) for shelters.

Chapter 2. The design and placement of shelters

Chapter 3. Construction and control of shelters

Chapter 5. Dismantling of shelters

Transitional provisions



2006:638



1. This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 september 2006.



2. The regulation is revoked:



-The State fire and rescue services regulations (SRVFS, 1995:2)

compensation for survey of shelters built according to Chapter 6.
