Introductory provisions



section 1 of this Regulation shall apply to the fees payable for

governmental authorities and local government costs for



1. public scrutiny, examination and registration according to the law

(2006:805) on feed and animal by-products, they

regulations issued pursuant to the Act and the

EU provisions are supplemented by the law, and



2. the official controls referred to in section 2, first paragraph

Act (2013:363) on the control of organic production in question

Annual inspection fee

Transitional provisions



2006:1165



1. This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 January 2007.



2. If the total of charges levied by a State

control authority to cover the annual control of an activity

for the year 2007, is amended by this regulation, without

the business has changed, the fee paid by the amount

that is the lowest of the amounts arising out of this regulation and

older provisions of the Regulation (2006:814) on feed and

animal by-products.



3. Charge that NFA takes out for public

control of a business that is carried out in accordance with paragraphs 13 and 15

Regulation (2006:814) on feed and animal by-products for

2007 shall be determined on the basis of the activities

carried out in 2007.



4. If a municipality's decisions on annual inspection fee for the contribution year

2007 based on a tariff which has been decided after the end of

in 2006, the levy shall be equal to the portion of the fee charged on

the remainder of the year then the rate in force.
