Of this regulation provides for the allocation of

the appropriation "Operating grants to non-government airports" within

category 22.



Operating grants under this Regulation may only be submitted for

airports where it performed a service of general economic

interest by air transport covered by public service obligations

in accordance with articles 16 and 17 of the European Parliament and of the Council

Regulation (EU) no 1008/2008 of 24 september 2008 on the

common rules for the operation of air services in the

Operating grants shall be in accordance with the European Commission's

decision 21/EU of 20 december 2011 on the application of

Article 106(2) of the Treaty on European Union

to state aid in the form of

public service compensation granted to certain undertakings entrusted with the

services of general economic

Of this regulation provides for the allocation of the grant "Compensation of non State-owned airports" in category 22.



Grants under this Regulation may only be provided for airports where air traffic is made subject to public service obligations under article 16 of the European Parliament and Council Regulation (EC) no 1008/2008 of 24 september 2008 on common rules for the operation of air services in the community, in the original wording.



As a condition of contribution applicable to the airport are subject to a decree in accordance with the European Commission's decision 21/EU of 20 december 2011 on the application of article 106(2) of the Treaty on the functioning of the European Union on State aid in the form of public service compensation granted to certain undertakings entrusted with the operation of services of general economic interest. The contribution is submitted to the municipality that issued the writ or to the municipality in which the airport is situated.



If the municipality pursuant to article 2 of the first subparagraph, the law (2013:388) on the application of the State aid rules of the European Union to recover the aid from the airport provided for the mandate referred to in the third subparagraph, the premium will be refunded to the State. This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 February 2007, and shall

apply for the first time in the allocation of operating grants for non

State airports during the financial year 2007.
