Introductory provisions



§ 1 If there are funds aid under this Regulation may be given

to natural persons or private housing companies for

installation, which means that one or more Windows in a

single-family homes will be replaced with energy-efficient Windows or for

the installation of a biomass fuel appliance in a newly built single-family homes.

small houses: a one-or two-dwelling buildings;



private housing companies: such a private housing companies as referred to

in Chapter 2. section 17 of the income tax Act (1999:1229),



Construction year: the calendar year when a newly built houses will be finished

for settlement,

Eligible measures



3 § support the installation of an energy efficient window,

be provided only if



1. the House is intended to be a primary residence for the building's owner

or, if the House is owned by a private housing company, a Member

or a shareholder of the company, and



2. installation begins after the end of the year to build new homes.



4 § support the installation of a biomass fuel appliance may be given

only if the



1. the device and installation meets the requirements of

Building and planning regulations has announced on the basis of regulation

(1994:1215) on the technical characteristics required for the construction works, etc.,



2. the House is intended to be a primary residence for the building's owner

or, if the House is owned by a private housing company, a Member

or a shareholder of the company,



3. the installation is completed, under construction, last year and



4. If the device is intended to be fired with wood boiler

combined with a storage tank with a minimum

storage volume that is 15 times greater than the volume of the

begun no earlier than January 1, 2006, and completed after the

31 december 2006 and 31 december 2008.



The amount of aid



section 6 of the support referred to in paragraphs 3 and 4 shall include



1. cost of materials for one or more energy-efficient Windows,



2. the cost of the boiler, burner, device for automatic

fuel supply, storage tank and a chimney at

installation of the biofuels device, and



3. labour cost, if the person who performs the operation has an F-tax

or, in the case of a foreign company, a certificate or other

document showing that the company is undergoing the equivalent control

in terms of taxes and charges in their home country.



section 7 of the aid may be granted with 30% of the costs referred to in paragraph 6 that

exceeds 10 000 kroons.



If the aid is intended for the installation of one or more energy efficient

Windows can support up to a maximum of $1,000 per single-family homes.



If the aid is intended for the installation of a biomass fuel appliance may

the aid may amount to up to 15 000 kroons per single-family homes.

Procedure

or



4. the terms and conditions of the aid have not been respected.

1. information to be provided in an application under 10 or

2. the time and manner of payment of the determined support.



section 18 of the County Board's decision under this regulation,

Transitional provisions

This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 February 2007.

Provisions shall be applied for the period from 1

January 2007.
