§ 1 of the law follows that competent

Court is the District Court in the place where a legal person, or

its Board of Directors has its seat applies, if the municipality where seat is

included in more than one jurisdiction, the District Court within whose jurisdiction

the legal person has its mailing address shall be competent.

Lacking the legal person mailing address within one of the

jurisdictions that are part of the municipality, the District Court

be competent in whose jurisdiction the Municipal Council

regular meets.

section 2 If the legal person is registered in the

trade registry, the companies registry or a similar

public register, the legal person shall be considered to have the

postal address which is registered in the registry.
