Introductory provisions
section 1 of this regulation provides for exceptions to the
the requirement on net concession pursuant to Chapter 2. section 1 of the electricity Act (1997:857).

Exemptions from licence requirement
Internal networks in some areas
section 5 internal networks, which are located on or within a building,
may be built and used without network concession.
section 6, an internal network, in which electricity is transferred to the facilities
and buildings not intended for residential and located
in the immediate vicinity of a residential building may be constructed and used
without network concession.
section 7 of the internal networks in a fenced area that is intended for
holder's own account and where the general public does not own
access may be built and used without network concession.
section 8 an internal network within the area of an industrial plant,

parts of such areas, which are separated only by a

Certain types of internal networks
section 20 of an internal part of a telecommunication system,

signalling, control or measuring purposes may be built and used without

section 22 of an internal network which is intended for the operation of a
lighting system may be constructed and used without
Online concession.
22 a of an internal network that connects two or more electrical
installations for the production, which constitute a functional unit,
may be built and used without network concession.

Transmission of electricity on behalf of others on internal networks
section 23 of such electricity network which was originally
used for the transmission of electricity exclusively for his own account and
which may be used without the aid of power concession, transfer of
electricity on behalf of others take place in the cases set out in paragraphs 24 to 31.

Transitional provisions
2007:215
1. This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 June 2007.
2. the holder of an electricity network which at the entry into force of this
Regulation is used without the aid of power concession, even then

the entry into force of this regulation is done on behalf of others
outside the agricultural property, this transfer
