section 1 of the State Treasury will implement the Government's mission

investigations, evaluations and follow-ups of Central and

Government-financed activities and the cross-cutting issues about

the functioning of public administration. This includes

to



1. analyze activities and authorities from a

efficiency perspective,



2. recognise the effects of State measures, and



3. provide a basis for reviewing and streamlining.

Regulation (2013:198).



1 (a) § the museums shall assist the Government with a basis for

the development of management policy. This includes, inter

other things to



1. follow up and regularly describe the General Government

development,



2. follow and analyze the strategic skills provision

in the State administration and the attention of the Government on the need for

overall support efforts to promote skills provision,

and



3. monitor certain issues about quality and

business development in the civil service.

1 (b) § the museums shall follow up system for

municipal financial equalization. Regulation (2013:198).



2 § the museums shall



1. to make proposals to the Government on investigations,

evaluation and follow-up of national and State

funded activities, and



2. after agreement to assist government offices and State

committees with method and investigation support.

3 § the museums shall, where relevant, take into account women's and

men's conditions in its assessment and analytical work.



Interaction



4 § the museums shall interact with the Swedish national financial management authority in order

to ensure an effective and efficient civil service.

Management



5 § Authority is headed by a head of Government.



Appointments and assignments

Staff disciplinary board



section 7 By the authority shall be a staff disciplinary board.



Applicability of certain regulations



8 § the museums shall apply the staff representatives Ordinance

(1987:1101).



Fees



8 AOF the State Treasury may charge fees for the activities

referred to in article 1 in accordance with the mandate for

authority. Authority may use fee revenues.

9 § the State Treasury may charge fees for methodological and

investigative aid within the meaning of section 2 of 2, decide if the fees

and outlining fee revenues. Regulation (2013:198).



section 10 of the State Treasury may charge fees for premises and

public procurement and resource coordination in accordance with paragraph 4 of the first

paragraph 5 and 7 the fees regulation (1992:191) despite the

restrictions set out in paragraph 4 thereof.
