1 § separation of the School Board's mission is to examine

questions about the separation of

1. students from higher education according to the provisions of

the higher education Act (1992:1434) and Ordinance (2007:989) if

separation of students from higher education, and

2. students in the education in Polytechnic in accordance with the

provisions of the law (2009:128) on studies and
