section 1 of the Act (1993:335) on children ombudsman provides for

Child protection information, order, organization, etc.

In the performance of its tasks pursuant to article 2 of the law on

Children's ombudsman, the Ombudsman for children systematically and

regular follow up and evaluate the implementation of

Convention on the rights of the child in the activities of

managing authorities, municipalities and county councils.

The Ombudsman for children to communicate and engage in dialogue about the findings

and observations with the authorities and principals that are

concerned. Based on such monitoring and evaluation should

Exemptions from government regulation

§ 5 the following provisions of the Government agencies Ordinance (2007:515)

shall not apply to the authority:

paragraph 23 of appointments and tasks, and

section 24 if deputies.
