section 1 the legal aid Commission's task is to review appeals

According to paragraph 44 legal aid Act (1996:1619).



Management



section 2 of the Authority is headed by a Board. In 48 § Act

(1996:1619) contains provisions on how the Board is composed and

about how members and deputies for those appointed.

an official at the Court of appeal for Lower Norrland to take these

measures.



Exemptions from government regulation



paragraph 8 of the following provisions of the Government agencies Ordinance (2007:515)

shall not apply to the legal aid Commission:



4 section 4 internal control, and



section 8 if the employer's policy.
