4. cases pursuant to section 1 of Act (2008:1075) if

section 5 of the companies registration office produces Post-och Inrikes Tidningar according to
the provisions of the Regulation (2006:1226) on post-
Newspapers.
The Swedish companies Registration Office also publishes a newspaper for announcements of submitted
financial statements and audit reports, and communication of
disqualification and temporary disqualification.
5 a § companies registration office shall ensure that the rules and procedures

Management
section 8 of the Swedish companies registration office is headed by an Administrative Director.
9 § At the Swedish companies registration office there shall be an Advisory Council consisting of
not more than six members.
Organization
9 a § authority carries out administrative and supervisory

Staff disciplinary board
11 § At the Swedish companies registration office there shall be a staff disciplinary board.
The applicability of specific regulation
section 12 of the Swedish companies registration office shall apply the staff representatives Ordinance
(1987:1101).
Fees
section 13 notwithstanding what is stated in section 16 and section 21 first
subparagraph fees regulation (1992:191), the Swedish companies Registration Office
– levy a fee for copy of public action and for printing
recording for automatic processing even if an order
does not include ten pages, and
– take out the fee by the State for copy of public action, printing
by harvesting for automatic processing, copy of video
or audiotape or transcript of the audiotape
and for evidence and register.
The Swedish companies registration office may charge fees for the activities
authority carries out in accordance with section 6. Regulation (2010:1534).
Exemptions from the Government agencies Ordinance
section 14 in respect of decisions taken by automated
treatment, section 21 government agencies Ordinance (2007:515) applied
only as regards the indication of the date of the decision and
the content.
