1 § Security and integrity protection is an authority

responsible for the information, section 1 of the Act (2007:980)

on the supervision of certain law enforcement activities and of 2 and 3 of this regulation.



section 2 of the Agency's mission is to in cases of

The authority will examine the issues of disclosure of information

also in the case referred to in section 10 of the regulation

section 3 the Agency makes decisions on a qualified security identity in

the cases referred to in section 2 (1) and (2) the Act (2006:939) if

Management

Delegation

Transitional provisions



2007:1141



1. This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 January 2008, when

Regulation (2006:1076) with instruction for table Board
