section 1 of the crime victim compensation and support authority's task is to promote victims '

rights, pay attention to their needs and interests and to be

an information and knowledge centre for victims issues.

The National Council for crime victims fund



section 8 By the crime victim compensation and support authority is a Council that is referred to the Council

for crime victims fund and has the task to examine questions relating to

grants from the Fund for compensation of violent offences under the Act (1994:419) if

§ 9 the Council consists of the Director-General as Chairman and seven
