Introductory provisions



1 §/expires U: 2016-01-01/State aid under this Regulation may be submitted for



1. shorter studies on disability,



2. shorter studies in primary or secondary education is

specially adapted for people with disabilities, and



3. studies in special education for adults.



State aid within the meaning of the first subparagraph 1 shall be submitted to the people

with disabilities and their families in order to increase

knowledge of the disability and improve the opportunities for

people with a disability to take part in community life.

3 § State aid under this regulation is managed by

The scope of training



5 § State aid according to article 4 of the 1 and 2 may be provided for a

training involving not more than 14 days or 112 hours.



To the same students receive State grants under 1 and

2 is payable for a maximum of 30 days or 240 hours per year.

Government grant
