§ 1 the Board of appeal for student aid's mission is to

Transitional provisions


1. This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 January 2008, when

for financial aid shall be repealed.

January 2008 examine appeals in respect of contributions in

short-term studies under the repealed Ordinance (2001:362) about

grants for short-term studies.

3. the Board of appeal for student aid, even after 1

January 2008 examine appeals in cases of

recruitment allowance under the repealed Act (2002:624) if

recruitment allowance for adult students.
