§ 1 the Board of appeal for student aid's mission is to

examine such appeals by the Central Board of student aid

decision referred to in Chapter 6. section 11 of the study support act

(1999:1395).



The Board also has the task of examining

appeals against decisions on apprenticeship compensation under

Regulation (2013:1121) for cost reimbursement to students in

high school apprenticeship. Regulation (2013:1123).



Management

Transitional provisions



2007:1348



1. This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 January 2008, when

Ordinance (2001:79) with instruction for the Board of appeal

for financial aid shall be repealed.

January 2008 examine appeals in respect of contributions in

short-term studies under the repealed Ordinance (2001:362) about

grants for short-term studies.



3. the Board of appeal for student aid, even after 1

January 2008 examine appeals in cases of

recruitment allowance under the repealed Act (2002:624) if

recruitment allowance for adult students.
