General provisions
section 1 of this regulation provides for a
experimentation with secondary apprenticeship.
The regulation applies to education, originated during the time the
1 July 2008-30 June 2011.
With secondary apprenticeship according to this regulation,
an education in upper secondary general school
1. make it possible for young people to join a
the aim of vocational education with the study of certain subjects in
upper secondary school, or

Comprehensive application of the regulation

The purpose of the training

basic vocational training, increased work experience and a

parts of the character's topics that might need to be studied in
secondary education and contribute to the monitoring and evaluation of
the arbetsplatsförlagda part of apprenticeship training.
Students

Refund

Transitional provisions
2007:1349
This Regulation shall enter into force on 15 January 2008, when
Ordinance (2000:690) on experimentation with learning in
working life in the upper secondary school shall be repealed. The
repealed Regulation, however, is still in the field of education
started by 15 January 2008.
2012:916
This Regulation shall enter into force on 18 January 2013. Older
rules still apply for government subsidies that have
granted prior to the entry into force.
2014:28
1. This Regulation shall enter into force on 25 February 2014.
2. State skolverk may until the Agency has made
the requirements for such a supervisor training referred to in section 21 other
the paragraph in its new wording, which shall not be later than 30 June 2014,
decide whether to provide state aid within the meaning of the second paragraph of section 21
