General provisions



section 1 of this regulation provides for a

experimentation with secondary apprenticeship.

The regulation applies to education, originated during the time the

1 July 2008-30 June 2011.



With secondary apprenticeship according to this regulation,

an education in upper secondary general school



1. make it possible for young people to join a

the aim of vocational education with the study of certain subjects in

upper secondary school, or



2. to a certain extent implemented in a workplace without any

4 § Secondary apprenticeship shall not be counted as such

Comprehensive application of the regulation



section 6 of The regulations of the secondary Regulation (1992:394) as

applicable to national and specially designed programs in force in

The purpose of the training



section 7 of the Secondary apprenticeship is designed to provide students with a

basic vocational training, increased work experience and a

to a supervisor's leadership, in the workplace,

The contents



section 8 Secondary apprenticeship should, together with the

education that the student may have had time to undergo on a national

or specially designed program before the student was transferred to the

-nuclear topic courses Swedish B or Swedish as a second language B,

-nuclear topic courses General Science A and artistic activities.



The student can choose the training shall cover only some

or some of the core subject courses referred to in the third paragraph.

The extent of the arbetsplatsförlagda part of the training



9 § the part of this secondary apprenticeship training

administrative provisions.



Apprenticeship Council shall also assess the character or

parts of the character's topics that might need to be studied in

secondary education and contribute to the monitoring and evaluation of

the arbetsplatsförlagda part of apprenticeship training.



Students



section 14 of the indication that a student undergoes secondary

Government subsidies



section 21 To each principal of schools participating in the

Refund

1. the receiver by providing incorrect information or

3. the State contribution has not been used for its intended purpose, or



4. the recipient has not provided such accounts referred to in

Statens skolverk shall act to demand the return of a contribution if

a school Association is obliged to refund referred to in the first

Transitional provisions



2007:1349



This Regulation shall enter into force on 15 January 2008, when

Ordinance (2000:690) on experimentation with learning in

working life in the upper secondary school shall be repealed. The

repealed Regulation, however, is still in the field of education

started by 15 January 2008.



2012:916



This Regulation shall enter into force on 18 January 2013. Older

rules still apply for government subsidies that have

granted prior to the entry into force.



2014:28



1. This Regulation shall enter into force on 25 February 2014.



2. State skolverk may until the Agency has made

the requirements for such a supervisor training referred to in section 21 other

the paragraph in its new wording, which shall not be later than 30 June 2014,

decide whether to provide state aid within the meaning of the second paragraph of section 21
