Introductory provision



Article 1 this regulation lays down provisions on State aid

to cultural activities for and with children in kindergarten and

students in kindergarten class and elementary grades 1-9.



State aid be provided subject to availability of funds.

The purpose of the State's contribution



2 § the purpose of the State's contribution is to help



1. cultural and artistic expression long-term integrated

in kindergarten, kindergarten class and elementary grades 1-9 with

based on the Regulation (SKOLFS 1998:16) on the curriculum for

Definitions



Article 3 of this regulation means



cultural activities: activities in the performing arts, literature,

Visual art, architecture, design, arts and crafts, film,

media, handicraft, archives, museums and other cultural activities, and



cultural partners: actors engaged in professional

cultural activities in all artistic genres and

cultural institutions at local, regional and national level.



For the purposes of this regulation, the primary grade

1 – 9 comparable to grades from grade 1 in

Conditions for State aid

5 § as a precondition for State aid to the principal



1. has developed an action plan for the development of

culture on the basis of the school's or school's needs and with a

description of the procedures for interaction with culture

Refund



9 § the Swedish National Council for Cultural Affairs may decide to require

back a State aid if



1. the recipient of the Government contribution by providing false

information or otherwise caused to refund is

given incorrectly or with excessive amounts,



2. Prime the contribution of any reason other than what is said in 1 has

given incorrectly or with too high amount and the recipient

should have known this,



3. Government subsidy is not used for the purpose for which it has

granted,



4. the receipt of Government contribution does not leave such a

5. terms and conditions of the decision have not been complied with.



Authorization



section 10 of the Swedish National Council for Cultural Affairs shall notify the prescriptions needed

for the implementation of this regulation.



Appeal

be appealed.



Transitional provisions



2007:1436



This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 February 2008. Contribution

According to the regulation provided, however, for the period from 1

January 2008.
