section 1 of the Stockholm University should fulfil certain specific

tasks of national interest concerning Swedish as

second language education in Swedish for immigrants and

the corresponding training at the folk high school in accordance with Chapter 24.

-collect, compile and convey knowledge and experience,



-to support and provide information on the development of educational materials and

the use of information technology, and



-support and be a Resource Center for new forms of

skills development.
