section 1 of this Act apply to such grants, allowances and loans for

private purposes (economic benefits) which, by law, or

3 § if there is reason to believe that an economic benefit has

been decided or wrongly paid or with a too high

amount, should notification of this shall be submitted to the authority

or organization that has made the decision. Have the benefit

been decided on appeal to intelligence rather than left

to the authority or organization arising from section 1.



The notification requirement does not apply if there are particular

reasons.

form the basis for the assumption that an economic benefit has

been decided or wrongly paid or with a too high

amount.
