section 1 of this regulation are notified on the basis of Chapter 5. section 9 other

subparagraph, the environmental code, in the case of 4-7, 12, 13 and 22 sections, with support

of Chapter 5. the third paragraph of section 11 of the environmental code in terms of 8-11, 19;

21 and 22 sections and with the support of Chapter 9. 12 section

the environmental code in respect of 14-18 and 22 sections.



Definitions



section 2 of the water authority for the purposes of this regulation, the same as in

Chapter 5. section 11 of the environmental code.



With the body referred to in this regulation is the same as in 1

Cape. section 3 of the Regulation (2004:660) on the management of quality

on the aquatic environment.



section 3 of this regulation,



bathing season "means the period during the year when it can be expected that a

large number of people swimming in a body of water,



bathing water: a body or part of a

body of a municipality under the provisions of this

Regulation has noted that bathing water in their

bath water table, and



bathing water profile: a written report with the map that specifies

the possible sources of contamination that exists in the

the catchment areas which affect a bathing-water quality.



Identification, monitoring and classification of bathing water



4 of a municipality shall, for each bathing season



1. identify each body or part of a

surface water bodies within the municipality which the municipality expects the

a large number of people will be bathing in this coming

the bathing season;



2. make note of any such body or part of a

body of water in the municipality's water table,



3. in bathing water registry enter the bathing season for each bathing water,

and



4. adopt a control plan for sampling and assessment

each bathing water quality.



The identification referred to in the first subparagraph 1 should be made with regard

the number of bathers during the previous bathing seasons and to the

facilities for swimming provided and other measures

encourages bad.



§ 5, a municipality shall ensure that, for each bathing water shall be established

a bathing water profile and that it is kept up to date.



section 6, a municipality shall, during the bathing season for each bathing water, ensure

to



1. sampling and assessments of the quality of bathing water

carried out under the inspection scheme referred to in paragraph 4 of the first

paragraph 4, and



2. cyanobacteria, algae, and wastes that may affect bathing waters

and damage the health of bathers are identified and assessed.



section 7 a municipality shall, at the latest by the end of the bathing season for each

bathing water classification of bathing water quality as ' bad ',

"satisfactory", "good" or "excellent".



Bad bathing water quality



section 8 A municipality classified a bathing water quality

poor shall ensure that



1. reasons for bathing water quality has not been able to

classified as satisfactory,



2. appropriate measures shall be taken to prevent, reduce or

eliminate the causes of pollution that led to

the quality of bathing water is classified as poor, and



3. the bathing water profile is updated with information about the causes of

pollution and the measures referred to in 2.



§ 9 the water authority may decide that a bathing water is no longer

should be recorded in the municipality's water table



1. the municipality five years in a row has classified the quality of bathing water

that bad, or



2. it is impossible or excessively expensive to take the measures

necessary to the quality of bathing water shall be classified

as satisfactory.



section 10 of the municipality shall not have a body or part

of a body of surface water entered as bathing water in municipal

bath water table



1. the municipality five years in a row has classified the quality of bathing water

that bad, or



2. the water authority under section 9 has decided that the water does not

longer should be recorded in the municipality's water table.



Unexpected situations



section 11 If a bathing water quality is degraded by an unexpected

situation which adversely affect the health or impair bathers '

probably could have such an effect, the municipality shall ensure that the

actions are taken as necessary to prevent or restrain a

such negative impact and to prevent further

deterioration of the quality of bathing water.



The municipality shall consult with the water authority on the issues

covered by a water authority's obligations under Chapter 4. section 12

Regulation (2004:660) on the management of the quality of

the aquatic environment.



Bacteria, algae and waste



section 12 If a bathing water the bathing water profile indicates that there are

risk for cyanobacterial proliferation, macro algae or marine

algae in the water, the municipality shall ensure that appropriate

inspections and investigations will be made to identify and

assess the health risks the bacteria or algae can

bring.



paragraph 13 of the municipality shall ensure that appropriate inspections are made for

to identify the presence of waste tjärrester,

glass, plastic, rubber, or other things that can have a negative impact on

the health of those who bathe in a bath of water.



section 14 of the municipality shall ensure that appropriate measures are taken to

prevent a negative impact on the health of bathers, whether a

bathing water is a sprawl of such bacteria or algae

referred to in section 12 or if such waste as referred to in paragraph 13 of

Public information and advice against bathing



section 15 of a municipality shall, during the bathing season for each bathing water see

that the public be informed about the quality of bathing water.



The municipality shall also ensure that the public is informed of



1. the measures taken under paragraph 8 2 when bathing water

quality is poor, and



2. such unexpected situations and measures referred to in paragraph 11 of the

the first paragraph.



section 16 of the municipality on the basis of such a proliferation of bacteria

or algae, as referred to in section 12 or on the basis of such wastes

referred to in paragraph 13 of the fear or establishes a health risk to

bathers, the municipality shall ensure that the public is immediately

be informed of the risk.



section 17 of the municipality to dissuade the public from swimming in a

bath water, if



1. the quality of bathing water is classified as poor, or



2. necessary due to such unexpected situations referred to

the first paragraph in section 11.



section 18 of the municipality to permanently discourage the public from swimming in

a body or part of a body of surface water, if



1. water quality is rated as poor five years in a row,

or



2. the water authority under section 9 has decided that the water does not

longer should be recorded in the municipality's water table.



A permanent advice against bathing is valid for at least one full

swimming season.



Public participation in the management of bathing water quality



section 19 of the municipality shall give the public an opportunity to



1. find out how it can participate in the management of bathing water

quality, and



2. the proposals and comments and complaints in question

If bathing water registry and other things related to bad water quality.



Information and reporting to the European Commission



section 20 of marine and water should fulfil the

communications and reporting to the European

the Commission provided for in articles 3.9 and 13.1-13.3 in

European Parliament and Council Directive 2006/7/EC of 15

February 2006 concerning the management of bathing water quality and on the

repeal of Directive 76/160/EEC, as last amended by

European Parliament and Council Regulation (EC) no 596/2009.

section 21 of the municipalities shall provide marine and water it

evidence that the Agency requires to carry out its

obligations under section 20. Regulation (2011:637).



Appropriations



section 22 of marine and water authority may notify the closer

regulations on



1. bathing water table under paragraph 4, first subparagraph, 2 and 3,



2. control plans referred to in paragraph 4(1) 4,



3. bathing water profiles according to § 5,



4. sampling and assessments under section 6,



5. classification of bathing water quality under section 7,



6. information to the public in accordance with paragraphs 15 and 16,



7. advice against bathing referred to in sections 17 and 18, and



8. information and reporting basis under section 21.

Transitional provisions



2008:218



1. this Regulation shall enter into force on 24 May 2008.



2. The first bathing water profile according to § 5, need not

be established until 24 March 2011.



3. The first classification of bathing water quality

According to section 7 need not be made until the end of the bathing season

2011.
