General provisions



section 1 of this Act contains provisions on incentives for

to improve equality in the case of parental leave and

participation in working life (equality bonus).



section 2 of the insurance agency decides in cases of

gender bonus.



Gender bonus is calculated and paid monthly without

3 § the right to gender equality bonus have parents who have joint

custody of a child.

Days for which gender bonus

Other provisions



section 16 of the health insurance fund shall decide on the repayment of

gender equality bonus, if the bonus is paid out incorrectly or

with the high amount and the one that has a bonus has realized

or reasonably should have known this. The Swedish social insurance agency shall

also decide on reimbursement of gender equality bonus, bonus

have been paid out improperly or with excessive amounts resulting

of parental benefit shall be reimbursed on the basis of

108. section 2 of the social security code.



If there are special reasons, the insurance fund in whole or in

partially waive recovery.



The provisions on interest in chapter 108. 15, 16, 19 and 21 of the

social insurance code shall apply to decisions about

Transitional provisions



2008:313



This law shall enter into force on 1 July 2008 and apply to

parental allowance provided for children born after 30

June 2008 or, in the case of adoption of children which the insured

have been in their care after that date. Law (2009:552).



2009:200



This law shall enter into force on 1 July 2009 and applied first

time in terms of the 2010 assessment.

This law shall enter into force on 1 July 2009 and apply to

gender equality bonus for the period from 1 July 2008.



2011:1085



1. this law shall enter into force on 1 January 2012.



2. Older rules still apply for

gender equality bonus, which refers to the time before the entry into force.



3. When gender bonus is calculated for the time after

date of entry into force shall also be deducted from the amount of bonus days

number of days for which the bonus would have had been credited to for time

before the entry into force, such as whether the application of gender bonus

had been provided.



4. gender bonus under the new regulations is paid

for the first time in the month of March 2012.



2013:111



1. this law shall enter into force on 1 July 2013.



2. Older regulations apply for decisions rendered

before the entry into force.

1. this law shall enter into force on the 1 January 2016.



2. Older rules still apply for gender equality bonus for a child born before the entry into force, or adoption, when the adopted child has a child in their care before entry into force.
