Introductory provisions
Article 1 this regulation lays down provisions on State aid
to organisations of lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender
or persons with Transgender identity or expression.
With a transgender identity or expression means that someone
do not identify themselves as male or female or by their
attire or otherwise give expression to belong to a
of the other sex.

Terms and conditions for submissions

5 § Contributions may be provided to an organization
1. is independent and democratically structured with an activity
which do not run counter to democratic ideas,
2. have a main purpose which complies with section 2,
3. conducts its operations in Sweden,
4. self pays for part of its business;
5. have a nationwide organisation with satisfactory
geographical distribution in relation to the Organization's
Member basis,
6. has conducted business with a purpose which complies
with paragraph 2, for at least two years, and
7. have a minimum of 500 paying members or paying
members and organised activities for at least four
local associations or departments.

5 § 5-7.

Application

Refunds and chargebacks
16 § the recipient of a grant under this regulation are
repayment required if
1. the receiver by providing incorrect information or other
way has caused that the contribution has been given incorrectly or
with the high amount,
2. the refund for any other reason than what is said in 1 has been provided
improperly or with excessive amount and the recipient should have
realized this,
3. the contribution is not used for the purpose stated in section 2,
4. a person who has received the grant does not leave such a
report referred to in section 13, or
5. terms and conditions of the order have not been met.
