Introductory provision



section 1 of this Regulation shall apply to the processing of

personal data in the health care system that is fully or

partially automated and governed by patient data law

(2008:355). The terms and abbreviations used in the law have

the same meaning in this regulation.

Appropriations

privileges at consistent journaling,



2. If the documentation and control of electronic access under

Chapter 4. 3 § the patient data law as well as on documentation and control

of direct access for coherent journaling,



3. If the requirements for security measures to be applied during such

direct access referred to in Chapter 5. 5 § the patient data law,



4. If the information to be given to the patient in accordance with Chapter 8.

5 § the patient data law.

completely or partially automated processing of personal data.
