section 1 of the Equality Ombudsman has the information shown

of the discrimination Act (2008:567).



The Ombudsman should also promote discrimination

related to sex, transgender identity or

expression, ethnicity, religion or other

belief, disability, sexual orientation or

age is not present in some areas of social life.



The Ombudsman shall also otherwise push for equal rights

and opportunities regardless of gender, transgender identity

or expression, ethnicity, religion or other

belief, disability, sexual orientation or

help to the victims of discrimination can take

to be their rights.



section 3 of the Equality Ombudsman shall also, within its

area of activity



-inform, educate, consult, and have other contacts with

authorities, companies, individuals and organizations,



-follow the international developments and have contacts with

international organizations,



-follow the research and development activities;



-with the Government proposing constitutional amendments or other

measures to prevent discrimination, and



-initiate other appropriate measures.
