Introductory provisions
Article 1 this regulation lays down provisions on State aid for
education of a supervisor referred to in regulation
(2007:1349) on experimentation with secondary
apprenticeship.
section 2 of the State subsidy be provided subject to availability of funds.
The State contribution is paid for one academic year (premium years) at a time.
Conditions for State aid
3 § State aid under this Regulation may be communicated to each
School Association which participates in the experiment, according to paragraph 3 of the
Ordinance (2007:1349) on experimentation with secondary
apprenticeship.
section 4 of the Government subsidies may be provided for the cost of the principal's
the training of teachers. The programme shall aim to increase the
teachers ' skills to train supervisors in the workplace as
the arbetsplatsförlagda part of the upper-secondary level
the apprenticeship is to be placed. Government grant may also
be provided for the training of such a principal supervisor.
The training shall include:
-Supervisor role,
-supervisor training methodology,
assessment and grading,
-secondary school policy documents and other relevant
legislation, and
-apprenticeship Council and its tasks.
Contributions must not be made to be used as a substitute for
the workplace of the time the supervisor participates in education.
Calculation of State aid
paragraph 5 of the State's contribution to be divided between the school authorities that
meets the conditions set out in paragraphs 3 and 4 on the basis of the number of
hired tutors during the current academic year. Each
supervisor entitles the principal to government subsidies covering a maximum of 3
500 crowns per academic year.
Application and payment
section 6 of the State's school decides on and pays out State grants
following an application from the school huvudmannen.
Reporting and monitoring
section 7 of the State's school will monitor how the Government grant is used.
section 8 a school association which has been awarded State grants going to
Statens skolverk account for how the grant has been used.
Refund
§ 9 a school Association who have received Government grants under this
Regulation is the repayment obligation, if
1. the recipient by leaving through false statements or any
otherwise have caused that the grant has been submitted incorrectly
or with excessive amounts,
2. State grant for any other reason has been submitted incorrectly
or with excessive amounts,
3. the State contribution has not been used for its intended purpose, or
4. a person who has received Government grant does not leave such a
report referred to in section 8.
Statens skolverk should decide to fully or partially require
back a contribution if a school is required to repay the local county
under the first subparagraph. If there are special reasons for it,
The National Agency for education remit the claim in whole or in part.
Authorization
section 10 of the State's school must notify the regulations needed
for the enforcement of this regulation.
Appeal
section 11 of the State's skolverks decision in matters of State aid under
This Regulation shall not be subject to appeal.
