General provisions

Transitional provisions



2008:776



1. This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 January 2009. By

the regulation repeals Regulation (2004:9) if the compensatory allowance

and countervailing charge on municipalities for costs pursuant to

Act (1993:387) concerning support and service for certain

disabled guests.



2. The repealed regulation continues to apply in respect of

grants and contributions for 2008 and prior years.

1. This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 January 2011.

Estimated staff costs

Final standard cost
