General provisions
Article 1 this regulation lays down provisions on
experimentation with secondary-level education
advanced education in mathematics or science,
social science or humanities. Regulation
apply for training beginning from 1 July 2009 to 30
June 2022.
With advanced education under this regulation, a
secondary education as
1. contains high school courses with particular specialisation and
widening in the discipline or subject area in which
spetsutbildningen is focused on, beyond what may
occur on the national programmes and the guidelines
most closely corresponds to spetsutbildningen, and
2. make it possible for a student to some extent by
their secondary studies reading courses at a university or
high school. Regulation (2014:1001).
Terms and conditions for the participation of the principal
section 2 of a municipal Chief may be granted to participate in
the experiment by the State's school decides that a
education should be education. Individual principals who
approved under Chapter 2. section 5 of the Education Act (2010:800),
be granted to participate in the experiment by the National Agency for education.
Participation in the experiment may be granted if the principal
1. has an established cooperation with a university or
high school offering courses in the discipline or subject area
as spetsutbildningen is focused on, and
2. can offer a quality training program
comply with the requirements of this regulation.
The National Agency for education may make decisions about participation in
the experiment of not more than 20 courses, of which a maximum of 10
courses at the first application. The National Agency for education
will seek to have the courses are evenly distributed over the
the country. At every education included in the experiment
each year a maximum of 30 pupils begin spetsutbildningen. Of the
training included in the experiment will be a maximum of ten
courses cover maths or science subjects and
a maximum of ten courses relate to social science or
humanities subjects.
EU label national decision referred to in the first subparagraph shall be taken after
consultation with the higher education authority. Regulation (2012:727).
Application
section 3 of the application for an education in education
the context of the experiment or to participate in
the experiment should be submitted to the State's first school
time by 1 december 2008 and thereafter by 15
September calendar year preceding the year education should begin.
The National Agency for education may provide for the information a
the application should contain, and of any documents shall be submitted
together with the application.
Secondary regulation
4 § in secondary Regulation (2010-2039), there are additional
provisions on secondary schools that apply for training in
applicable parts. Regulation (2011:522).
How school work to be placed

Selection
6 § when selecting from among qualified applicants must, in addition to grades,

applicant's skills or knowledge of the topic or
subject area as spetsutbildningen is focused on.
Education content
section 7 of the training will be conducted as a special version or
national focus within a national programme.
Except as may be allowed, at the national and
the approach that most closely corresponds to spetsutbildningen,
the training include high school courses with special
deepening and widening in the discipline or subject area in which
spetsutbildningen is geared toward.
Own degree outcomes may not be on trainings within the framework
for the experiment. Regulation (2010:233).
Score
section 8 in a student's diploma or study evidence shall be recorded
that the student attended a training in the framework of
experiment with advanced education. For proof, the
spetsutbildningens be accompanied by a description of the content.

Compensation between principals
section 9, If a municipality has adopted a student on an education
advanced education, the municipality is entitled to compensation for
their costs for the student's education from the student's home municipality
According to the following.
Compensation should be provided with the amount shown for
each programme and, where appropriate, the direction according to
the rules that the State's school has notified under
Chapter 13. § 9 high school regulation (2010:2039).
About 16 Cape. 55 of the Education Act (2010:800)
apply in relation to the contribution to the student's home municipality
submit to an independent secondary school, the contribution is submitted with
the amount resulting from the second paragraph. Regulation (2014:1001).
Appeal
section 10 of the State's skolverks decision pursuant to this Regulation shall not
subject to appeal.
Follow-up and evaluation
section 11 of The principals involved in the experiment are required
to participate in the monitoring and evaluation of
the experiment.
section 12 of the State's school no later than 30 april in 2015-2023
provide a statement of the scope of the experiment
and an evaluation of the to government offices. The National Agency for education
shall, by 15 August 2017 provide an in-depth report
of the experiment to the Cabinet Office. Swedish National Agency for education,
the evaluation and the in-depth report consult

Transitional provisions
2010:233
1. this Regulation shall enter into force on april 15, 2010.
2. the provisions shall apply to the training begins
After July 1, 2011.
3. For education begun in the past, older
rules are applied.
4. The principals whose educations have been granted
national recruitment in the framework of the experiment should last
August 15, 2010 report to the State school in which
national programme and national orientation they intend to
pursue education or training will be conducted as a
Special variant within a national programme after 1 July
2011. If a principal does not make such notification, the National Agency for education
decide which national programme and the national
targeting the principal may carry out within the framework of the
experiment for training starting on or after 1
July 2011.
5. Independent secondary schools which participate in the experiment
shall apply to the State's school inspection if entitlement to the premium for
education according to the Regulation (2010:232) for a simplified
review of independent schools which have been declared eligible for
allowance under Chapter 9. section 8 of the Education Act (1985:1100) as amended
before 1 March 2010. In such an application, the school should make a
notification under 4. If such notification is not made, the
provided for in the second sentence 4.
6. The experiment may be extended with six training courses for
such principals as referred to in paragraph 2, provided that
the application relates to an education that the current principal
already engaged in. In other respects, the provisions of the regulation
applied.

1. this Regulation shall enter into force on 1 July 2011 and applies to
education that begins then.
2. For courses started prior to older rules
applied.
