Article 1 this regulation lays down provisions supplementing
European Parliament and Council Regulation (EC) no 1393/2007 of the
13 november 2007 on the service in the Member States of
judicial and extrajudicial documents in civil or by
civil or commercial matters (EC service regulation).
paragraph 2 of the Stockholm County Administrative Board is receiving Agency pursuant to
Article 2 of EC regulation for service with permissions to
receive documents in cases from another
Member State. Regulation (2013:983).
transmitting agencies according to paragraph 3 of article 2 (1) of the EC's
procedural regulation are courts, enforcement authorities and
other Swedish authorities to serve documents in case and
civil or commercial matters.
section 4 If documents have been sent to the County Administrative Board in
Stockholm County, in its capacity as receiving Agency in some
other than by mail, courier or facsimile, need
the provincial government does not provide or arrange for the service of documents. This
does not apply, if it has reached an agreement in
the case and the documents have been transmitted in accordance with

paragraph 5 of Documents transmitted to the County Administrative Board in
Stockholm County, in its capacity as receiving agencies need
the County Administrative Board of judicial or judicial powers only if it appears in the article
4.3 in EC service regulation specified the default form
is filled in on the Swedish or English. Regulation (2013:983).

Article 3 of the EC's regulation service.
