Scope of application



paragraph 1 of this regulation, there are provisions on

tertiary education at the basic level or advanced level

complement the completion of the foreign education.



With colleges referred to in this regulation cover both University and

high schools.



The purpose of the training



section 2 of the education is aimed at students who have completed

foreign tertiary education or another closed foreign

post-secondary education that corresponds to an education according to

the higher education Act (1992:1434),



1. pass such examination as referred to in the higher education Act and that

can be given for a college education that is equivalent to the foreign

training, or



2. get skills or be able to obtain permission to in Sweden

exercise the profession that the foreign education has prepared them

for.



Applicable provisions



3 of the higher education Act (1992:1434) and the higher education Ordinance

(1993:100), Regulation (1993:221) for the Swedish

agricultural sciences or Ordinance (2007:1164)

National defence should be applied to the training, if not something

subject to this regulation.



Permissions



section 4 of the access to education applies section 5 instead of

the provisions on basic and special permission in 7

Cape. 5, 6, 8 – 11, 24, 25, 28 and 31 of the higher education Ordinance

(1993:100), Chapter 5. section 2 of the Ordinance (1993:221) for the Swedish

University of agricultural sciences in regard to the reference to the

§ 5 Qualified for training under this regulation is the

Selection

Transitional provisions



2008:1101



1. This Regulation shall enter into force on 15 January 2009.



2. The regulation repeals Regulation (1995:889)

Special theoretical and practical training at a University and

high schools. The repealed Regulation should be applied to

education that a student has been adopted pursuant to the repealed

Regulation until 1 August 2010.
