Scope of the directive



Article 1 this regulation lays down rules on aid

Swedfund International AB (Swedfund) may examine under the law

(2008:1271) if the surrender of certain management tasks

to Swedfund International AB. Regulation (2012:754).



Definitions



section 2 of the small and medium-sized Swedish companies referred to in this

Regulation companies or groups of companies which



1. operating in Sweden,



2. have fewer than 250 employees, and



3. have an annual turnover not exceeding EUR 50 million, equivalent to

and a balance sheet total not exceeding EUR 43 million, equivalent to

Purpose of the aid



4 § of the aid is to help promote the growth of

Conditions for support and its scope



5 § Swedfund may subject to availability of funds decide on support in

form of depreciation loan.



Applications for aid shall be submitted to Swedfund.



Depreciation loans provided as de minimis aid under

Commission Regulation (EC) No 1998/2006 of 15 december

2006 on the application of articles 87 and 88 of the EC Treaty to

and may only be made with the

restrictions imposed by the regulation and by 18-20 § §

Ordinance (1988:764) on State aid to industry.



section 6 of the aid may be granted to small and medium-sized Swedish companies

the following criteria are met.



1. There is a specified partner in the partner country ".



2. The project on a sound commercial basis and can

refer to both goods and services.



3. Equipment corresponding to at least part of the loan size is given as

gift to the cooperation company. Regulation (2012:754).



section 7 of the aid may cover no more than 49 per cent of the estimated

the total cost of the project.



The aid must not be granted for investments in immovable property, or

buildings or for expenses related to

normal operation.



Element of aid within the meaning of paragraph 5

should correspond to the amount of depreciation loans are granted with.

its annual report in relation to the objectives of Swedfund

Other questions



section 10 of the cases provided for in this regulation should apply the following

provisions of the Administrative Procedure Act:



4-5 paragraphs about serviceskyldighet and availability,



section 6 of the co-operation between authorities,



section 7 of the quick and easy processing,



section 8 on the right to an interpreter,



section 10 of the documents received,



11-12 sections of his disqualification,



section 13 of referral,



section 15 of the annotation of data;



16-17 sections of a party's right to participate in the data, and



20-21 sections on motivation and notification of decision.



section 11 of decisions pursuant to this Regulation shall not

be appealed.
