Introductory provisions
Article 1 the provisions of this law aims to within
the Polytechnic
– ensure that post-secondary vocational courses that respond
skills needed for employment comes about,
– ensure that Government support for post-secondary
vocational education is allocated efficiently,
– ensure that post-secondary vocational training is of high
quality, and
– within narrow occupational areas meet the needs of post-secondary
vet referred to lead to employment for the

As an additional condition for separation in
so, as a result of any such relationship referred to in the first
subparagraph, is expected to be a significant risk that the student may
come to harm another person, or valuable property
during the training.

separation.
Other provisions
20 § separation of the School Board shall hear questions about
separation.
The Board's decision in separation issues may be appealed to the General
Administrative Court of the student and
education provider. Leave to appeal is required at
appeal to the administrative court. A decision on separation shall,

Transitional provisions
2009:128
1. This law shall enter into force on april 15, 2009 and apply to
education that begins after 1 July 2009.
2. by law repeals Act (2001:239) if qualified
vocational education and training. The repealed Act applies, however, still

granted State aid for qualified vocational training.
3. The Government or the authority that the Government may
grant providers before 15 april 2009
granted State aid for advanced vocational education
