Chapter 1. Education in Polytechnic



Introductory provisions



§ 1 the person under the Act (2009:128) of the Polytechnic,

Chapter 2. Training



Educational goals

6. the number of hours of teacher or instructor-led training activities include,



7. the requirements for particular prerequisites imposed pursuant to Chapter 3. section 3,



8. the grounds to be used when selection among qualified applicants to the training,



9. the specific objectives and requirements that apply to a degree if the training can be completed with one, and



10. how the training will be quality assured.



Authority for studies may provide for learning plan. Regulation (2016:155).



section 8 For courses with a focus that requires national

equivalent content must notify the University authority

3. the objectives of the course,



4. the main content,



5. If the course is given in English, in whole or in part, and



6. the principles for grading and forms of

knowledge of control to be applied.

4. the student meets the following requirements on competences: can

evaluate information and methods in work or

the study area, taking into account relevant social, ethical and

scientific aspects, can apply specialized knowledge

for development in the field of work or study, as well as take

responsibility for the management of individual and group development

the work,



5. education comprises at least 400 professional credits,



6. at least one quarter of the training consists of learning in

7. the students within the framework of the course requirements have

Chapter 3. Access to education



Permissions

2. have a Swedish or foreign training which meets the requirements

3. resident in Denmark, Finland, Iceland or Norway and there is

qualified to the equivalent training, or

Chapter 4. Education management



Management team

training initiated by the Authority for the Polytechnic.

evaluation of education initiated by the authority.



Education provider shall provide the information to the authority

that authority requests. Authority may decide to

Quality review

Chapter 5. State funding



Introductory provisions



section 1 of public funding in the form of governmental grants or

legal persons and special funds may be provided to

universities or colleges that have the State as the principal and

covered by the higher education Act (1992:1434).



Government subsidies and special funds will also be provided to

those referred to in the first subparagraph for the cost of the particular

educational support for students with disabilities in

For courses in Polytechnic, Government grants provided to municipalities, counties or to individual natural or legal persons, and special funds may be provided to universities or colleges that have the State as the principal subject of the higher education Act (1992:1434).



Government subsidies and special funds will also be provided to those referred to in the first subparagraph for the cost of



1. teaching in Swedish with a career in education, and



2. special educational support for students with disabilities in education. Regulation (2016:155).

may be provided subject to availability of funds. Government subsidies or

Payment of State funding



section 8 Government grants or special funds are paid out of

Cessation, recoveries and withholding of State

funding



§ 9 decisions on State subsidies or special funds for a

education shall cease to apply if the decision is that the training

to be included in the Polytechnic is revoked pursuant to Chapter 1. 7 §.



10 § whoever has received State grants under this

or any of the terms and conditions that apply to the grant materially

partially recover a contribution, if any, is

the repayment obligation referred to in the first subparagraph.

Chapter 6. Insurance



section 1 Authority for studies shall be responsible for

people who are admitted to and is undergoing training in

Chapter 7. Separation



Conditions for separation

2009:130



1. This Regulation shall enter into force on april 15, 2009 and

apply to training commencing on or after 1 July 2009.
