Introductory provisions



Article 1 this regulation lays down provisions on education

within the Polytechnic as education that complements

the provisions of the Act (2009:128) of the Polytechnic.



section 2 of the education provider shall notify that an education in

studies should be conducted as commissioned to

Authority for the Polytechnic.



section 3 of the contract may not be financed

with government subsidies or special funds in accordance with the regulation

(2009:130) of the Polytechnic.

Training courses

Transitional provisions



2009:131



1. This Regulation shall enter into force on april 15, 2009 and

apply to training commencing on or after 1 July 2009. A

notification pursuant to article 2 of the will until June 2009 to the

special investigators should prepare the formation of Authority

for the Polytechnic.



2. The regulation repeals Regulation (2006:906) if

qualified vocational training contract training. The

repealed regulation still apply, however, for training

relating to a qualified vocational training for which the

15 april 2009 have been granted State aid under

Ordinance (2001:1131) if qualified vocational training.



3. the Regulation (2006:906) if qualified vocational training

education also applies to training relating to a

qualified vocational training for the decision on State

support has been extended in accordance with paragraph 3 of the entry into force and

the transitional provisions of the Regulation (2009:130) about

the Polytechnic.



4. What in the repealed regulation listed if the authority

for qualified vocational training applies in the cases referred to in

paragraphs 2 and 3, the special investigator shall prepare

the formation of the authority for the Polytechnic or Authority

for the Polytechnic.
