Article 1 the provisions of this Regulation shall apply to the marriage as
conducted by the County Government has decreed to

§ 5 If the couple specifically requests the Minister may, in
instead of that specified in section 4, point the following words to them:
You want to marry each other. Marriage is based on the
love and trust. By entering into marriage promise you that
respect and support each other.
That spouses are you two independent individuals who can download
strength from your community.
Since you have stated that you want to marry
each other, I ask: would you take this latter N.N. N.N./to
your wife/husband to love her/him in sickness and in health?
(Answer: Yes.)
Would you take this latter N.N. N.N./to your wife/husband
love her/him in sickness and in health?
(Answer: Yes.)
(The couple can exchange rings.)
I now pronounce you spouses.
When you go out in life and return to everyday life, so remember the
want to fellowship, the love for each other and the
respect for each other as you felt in that moment and that led

Let me wish you good luck and success in your marriage.
section 6, the Minister shall immediately make a note in a special
Protocol, what has occurred at the ceremony. In the Protocol
also, a note of auctioneer the time and place of the ceremony and
the couple's full name and place of residence.
When a notification of the wedding ceremony is broadcast to the Swedish tax agency, shall
Officiating note in the margin of the Protocol.
section 7 the Minister shall, for each year before the end of
subsequent January month submit their protocol to
the County Administrative Board.
§ 8 the Minister has the right to compensation with
one hundred and ten dollars for every marriage that he or she has
conducted.
The same day, the Minister has conducted more than a wedding,
constitute remuneration for each thirty crowns marriage beyond the
first.
§ 9 compensation in accordance with section 8 shall be paid by the County Administrative Board after
application of officiating.
Transitional provisions
2009:263
1. This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 April 2009, when
Regulation (2006:214) with details relating to marriage
and registration of partnerships that are held by the judge or
specially appointed person shall cease to be valid.
2. Older provisions still apply for the registration of
partnership as a starter before 1 May 2009.
