paragraph 1 of the real estate inspection is the managing authority for the

questions about registration and supervision relating to the estate agents.

The authority has the responsibility to



-examine applications for registration as a real estate agent

and to keep records of registered real estate agents,



-supervise registered real estate agents, and



-determine issues of disciplinary action against registered

real estate agent. Regulation (2012:25).

of individual real estate agents,
