section 1 of the Swedish consumer Agency is the managing authority for the

Consumer Affairs and is responsible for



1. the konsumentskyddande rules that are within the Agency's

supervisory responsibilities are followed,



2. consumers have access to information and guidance

on consumer rights and obligations and other

information that enables them to make informed choices about

3. strengthening consumers ' position on the market by

contacts with private operators and in the work to implement

2 § the museums shall, in its operating activities

The authority shall, in addition,

Regulation (EC) No 2006/2004 of 27 April 2004 on the

cooperation between national authorities

6. perform the duties that a competent authority has, in accordance with

that regulation, in respect of the enforcement of such rules

3 section/entry into force: 01/01/2016

The authority shall, in addition,

7. provide assistance to consumers in cross-border disputes and cooperate and exchange information with the entities referred to in article 14 and 17 of Directive 2013/11/EU of 21 may 2013 on alternative dispute resolution for consumer disputes and amending Regulation (EC) No 2006/2004 and directive 2009/22/EC, in the original wording, and

The Consumer Ombudsman may



1. make the notice of class action to the National Board for consumer complaints
