paragraph 1 of this regulation are regulations that connect to

Pharmacy data law (2009:367).



section 2 of the Swedish Data Inspection Board may provide for



1. the assignment of permissions for access to information on

consumers and those who are competent to order medications, if

the data entirely or partially processed automatically according to the

Pharmacy data law (2009:367),



2. documentation and monitoring of access to such

information referred to in paragraph 1, if the information in whole or in part

be processed automatically according to pharmacy data law.
