section 1 of this regulation provides for enforcement of the
energy-related products and energy-related shares, which
covered by implementing measures referred to in article 15 of
European Parliament and Council directive 2009/125/EC of 21
October 2009 establishing a framework for the setting of requirements
on the ecodesign of energy related products, consistent
with the implementation measures.
Terms and expressions used in the Act (2008:112) on eco-design
has the same meaning in this regulation. Regulation (2011:1141).
section 2 of the Swedish Energy Agency has policy responsibility for
energy-related products and energy-related parts
