section 1 of the Swedish geotechnical Institute is the managing authority for the

geotechnical and environmental geotechnical issues. The authority shall be

push in questions aimed at a safe, economic and

environmentally sound community development within the Geotechnical

area.



section 2 of the Swedish geotechnical Institute, in the framework of their

activities



1. contribute to the national environmental quality objectives,

1. assist other agencies with expertise in matters

about beach erosion, and



2. developing knowledge in the field and coordinate various

actors ' interests.



Research, development and knowledge



section 6 of the Swedish geotechnical Institute should help to plan and

business scope to develop new knowledge and new methods and have

a coordinating role in order to identify the level of knowledge and

convey new knowledge.

Advice

Management



§ 9 Swedish geotechnical Institute is headed by a head of Government.



The Advisory Board on race-and skredfrågor

Staff matters

Exemptions from government regulation



section 16 of the Swedish geotechnical Institute are not covered by

the provisions of section 29 of the case
