section 1 of the Swedish geotechnical Institute is the managing authority for the

geotechnical and environmental geotechnical issues. The authority shall be

activities



1. contribute to the national environmental quality objectives,

its review of Government contribution to the prevention of

natural disasters and by the General mapping.



paragraph 5 of the Swedish geotechnical Institute will contribute to the risks

associated with beach erosion is reduced by



1. assist other agencies with expertise in matters

about beach erosion, and



2. developing knowledge in the field and coordinate various

actors ' interests.



Research, development and knowledge



section 6 of the Swedish geotechnical Institute should help to plan and

the construction process is streamlined, within their

business scope to develop new knowledge and new methods and have

a coordinating role in order to identify the level of knowledge and

convey new knowledge.

restoration of contaminated sites research,

Advice



section 8 Authority should contribute to the efficiency and quality of

the planning and building process, in its field, assist

authorities, municipalities and others with advice, as well as in

research and development results.



Management



§ 9 Swedish geotechnical Institute is headed by a head of Government.



The Advisory Board on race-and skredfrågor



section 10 a delegation for ras and skredfrågor are linked to the

Swedish geotechnical Institute.



The delegation will be a contact and monopoly

authorities working with ras and skredfrågor.



section 11 of the delegation made up of Government Chief, who is

the delegation's Chairman, the Agency's expert in racial and

skredfrågor, as well as members appointed by the

public safety and emergency preparedness, Housing, Transport Department,

The Swedish Maritime Administration, the environmental protection agency, marine and water,

Geological Survey and the Swedish Meteorological

and Hydrological Institute. In addition, the delegation

The delegation will meet when the President finds cause

Staff matters



13 § within the Swedish geotechnical Institute, there shall be a

staff disciplinary board.

Fees



section 15 of the Swedish geotechnical Institute shall charge fees for its

assignments in the business advice. The authority shall

also charging for parts of its operations in

research, development and transfer of knowledge. The authority may

decide on the fees, and outlining

fee revenues. Regulation (2011:1156).



Exemptions from government regulation



section 16 of the Swedish geotechnical Institute are not covered by

the provisions of section 29 of the case
