The Swedish financial supervisory authority has, by virtue of section 2 of the notice

(1967:667) with implementing provisions to the law

(1967:663) supplementing certain traffic annuities and section 2 of the

Regulation (2003:832) if value hedge of certain

compensation annuities, decided amending certain

injury annuities as follows.



1. Annuity prompted by an event that occurred prior to

the end of 1973:



(a)) Traffic annuity is reduced by 0.94% (cf. SFS 1967:663).



b) Injury annuity paid with State funds is lowered with 0.94

per cent (cf. SFS 1971:14).



(c)) Other contingent annuities than those parts specified in 1(a) and

(b), on the other hand, have been laid down before 1 January 2004, provided

unchanged (cf. SFS 1973:214). Such annuities that have

established on 1 January 2004 or later are lowered with 0.94

percent.



2. Annuities prompted by an event that has occurred

After the end of the year in 1973 and, on the other hand, have established before 1

January 2004:



(a)) Injury annuity under the Act (1973:213) amending

compensation annuities is left unchanged. The same applies to

annuity in accordance with the same law established by dom 1

January 2004 or later, if the judgment of first instance

has been notified before 1 January 2004.



(b) ") those mentioned in 2(a) shall according to article 9 of the road traffic injury law

(1975:1410) also apply in relation to

trafikskade compensation.



3. Annuities prompted by an event that has occurred

After the end of the year in 1973 and, on the other hand, has been established on 1 January

2004 or later:



(a)) Injury annuity under the Act (1973:213) amending

compensation annuities are reduced with 0.94%.



(b) ") those mentioned in 3 (a) shall, according to article 9 of the road traffic injury law

(1975:1410) also apply in relation to

trafikskade compensation.
