1 § Of kammarkollegiet in a case for a review of safety

According to the travel guarantee Act (1972:204) requests to the notifier shall provide

in certificates, certificate or other similar documents that show

the requirement for provision of security have been met, shall

authority may accept equivalent documents from another State

in the European economic area. The authority may

request a non-certified translation of the document

to Swedish.



Transitional provisions

This Regulation shall enter into force on december 27, 2009 and

apply only in respect of matters which have been initiated in

Kammarkollegiet after entry into force.
