Article 1 this regulation lays down provisions relating to the

hour cost standard referred to in chapter 21. section 10 of the code of judicial procedure and

section 27 of the legal aid Act (1996:1619).

Hour cost the norm for non-approved for F-tax is

paragraph 3 of the judiciary shall before the end of september each

year submit supporting documents to the Government for calculation of

the next annual hour cost standard.
